Dad has a fever and has to go get checked out today. This dumb flu. He got some antibiotics from his doctor yesterday, but they still want to do a chest x-ray to be sure he doesn't have pneumonia. They'll also do a blood culture to see if there's anything growing that shouldn't be, just to be safe. Plus, I guess they figure since they have him in anyways they'll do all the other x-rays they were planning at the same time, which is efficient, but poor Dad doesn't feel very good today, so a long afternoon of x-rays and blood tests doesn't sound like a good time.
Mom is sick too, so send a prayer their way. They'd much rather be at home today.

Sounds like a rough day. Prayers are being sent up for them and you all .
